RULES RESTRICTIONS & Parking

Before You Book

  • All bookings are made through our online calendar and are instantly confirmed upon payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your time slot

  • All bookings have a 1-hour minimum

  • Your reserved time must include setup, breakdown, and cleanup

Example:
A 2:00–3:00 PM booking includes setup, your session, and cleanup. The studio must be fully reset and vacated by 3:00 PM.

  • Late arrivals do not extend your booking time

  • Extensions are only allowed if the next time slot is available and must be booked through the system

  • Any time used beyond your reservation may be billed as overtime

  • You are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning during your rental period

  • The renter is responsible for the conduct of all clients, guests, and crew during the booking

Studio Expectations

To keep the space running smoothly for everyone:

  • Leave the studio as you found it

  • Reset all furniture, props, and backdrops to their original placement

  • Remove all personal items, equipment, and materials before your booking ends

  • Do Not put food items or drinks in trash can to prevent smell

  • No Shoes on the CYC Wall unless fully cleaned following instructions inside the studio

  • Dispose of trash in trash can and take any large items with you

  • Wipe down surfaces if used for makeup, food, or styling

  • Be fully packed up and out by your end time

Please note: Another client may be booked immediately after you.

Excessive mess, damage, or failure to reset the studio may result in an additional cleaning or repair fee.

Respect for Shared Space

  • Do not enter early

  • Do not stay past your booked time

  • Be courteous to other clients entering and exiting

  • Keep noise at a respectful level

  • All activity must remain inside the studio unless written permission is given in advance

Parking

  • During photo or video sessions (6am-6pm most days) you may park for free on the north side of the building and use the keypad on the door to get inside of Fawn Studio.

  • The parking is located on the opposite side of Pizza Bro’s where the ramp with black railing and black exterior door are located.

  • When arriving from Broad Street, do not pull into Pizza Bro’s parking lot, but rather turn into the smaller parking on the north side which is the opposite of Pizza Bro’s parking lot.

  • You will see a small Fawn Studio designated parking sign, an entrance ramp with black railing, and a black door.

  • The black door is where you will enter.

  • Up to 8 cars are allowed in this free parking area.

  • The code for the keypad will be emailed to you after booking.

  • Fawn Studio is not responsible for parking violations, citations, or towing

Not Allowed Without Written Permission

  • Open flames or candles

  • Smoking or vaping

  • Glitter, confetti, sand, smoke bombs, smoke machines, or other loose materials

  • Anything that may stain floors, walls, furniture, or studio surfaces

  • Nails, screws, pins, or adhesives on walls

  • Pets or animals

  • Food or drinks in shooting areas

Illegal, unsafe, hazardous, or disruptive activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund.

Protecting the Studio

  • Please use care with all furniture, walls, floors, props, and styling elements

  • Do not lean heavy items against walls or delicate surfaces

  • Any damaged or missing items may be charged at repair or replacement cost

  • Do not use shoes on CYC wall. Walk slowly and gently if on CYC call to prevent scuffing.

Shoes, Food, and Cleanliness

  • Help protect the floors by avoiding dirty or damaging shoes in the studio

  • Any spills, stains, or damage to furniture, floors, or walls may result in a cleaning or replacement fee

  • Floors may be slippery, so please use caution while in the space

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours notice:
    You may reschedule your booking within 2 months of the original date or receive a 50% refund

  • Less than 48 hours notice:
    No refunds or rescheduling, but email us for some exceptions hello@fawnstudios.com

Pro Tips for a Smooth Session

  • Arrive ready to shoot

  • Bring only what you need to minimize cleanup time

  • Use rolling carts or bags for quick load-in and load-out

  • Communicate timing clearly with your clients

  • Start wrapping up 10–15 minutes early

Liability

Use of the studio is at your own risk. By booking, you accept responsibility for yourself, your clients, guests, and crew, and for any damage or issues that occur during your rental period.
