EVENT Pricing

The space can be reserved in 30-minute increments at a rate of $50 per half hour, or $100 per hour

SET-UP OPTIONS & Capacity

  • Want to enjoy your event without worrying about setup or cleanup?

    Our optional full-service package includes:

    • Table and chair setup

    • White tablecloth installation

    • Room arrangement based on your preferred layout

    • Post-event teardown

    • Trash removal

    • Sweeping and basic cleaning

    • Full reset of the studio to its original condition

    Add this service for $120.

  • To save money, you are welcome to set up and clean the space yourself.

    If you choose this option, you are responsible for:

    • Setting up all tables, chairs, and tablecloths

    • Returning all furniture and linens to their original locations

    • Removing all decorations and trash

    • Cleaning surfaces as needed

    • Leaving the studio in the same clean condition in which you found it

    • Must be in and out within your booked timeframe (meaning your time frame includes setup and tear down time as well as your event time). 

  • Fawn is ideal for intimate gatherings of up to approximately 64 guests if using 8 round tables, 80-90 guests if not using tables, depending on your event layout.
